This Consent & Safety Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and the Booking & Payment Policy of SaraVelvetOffice.

By making a booking, the client explicitly agrees to this Policy.

This Policy protects the Escort, the Agency and the Client and regulates all aspects of consent, safety and protection of physical integrity.

 

 

Definitions and Interpretation

Agency
The intermediary agency operating under the trade name SaraVelvetOffice, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”. The Agency acts solely as an intermediary.

Escort
An independent service provider who is made available through the Agency to provide companionship services.

Client
Any natural person or legal entity who submits a request, makes a booking or intends to use the services.

Booking
Any appointment confirmed by the Agency between the Client and the Escort.

Services
Companionship and escort services provided exclusively on the basis of voluntariness, mutual consent and personal boundaries.

Agreement
The agreement is formed at the moment a booking is confirmed by the Agency.

 

 

Positioning and Role of the Agency

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the Escort.

The Agency reserves the right to screen clients before introducing them to an Escort.

The Agency does not operate a physical premises, does not receive clients on location and does not provide physical services itself.

All Escorts work as independent service providers and determine their own boundaries, availability, rates and services.

No employment relationship, authority relationship or obligation exists between the Agency and the Escort.

The Agency has no influence on the content of personal interactions and cannot be held liable for them.

 

 

Requests, Selection and Screening

Each request is evaluated individually.

The Agency reserves the absolute right to refuse a request without stating a reason.

The Agency may request additional information or identity verification from a client at any time.

Incomplete, disrespectful, demanding or explicitly sexual requests will not be processed.

The Agency documents relevant safety incidents and violations in anonymized form in order to maintain safe future appointments.

Clients acknowledge that the Agency and Escort may record incidents for internal evaluation and security purposes.

Personal information will never be shared unless legally required.

 

 

Formation of a Booking

A booking is only confirmed after explicit confirmation from the Agency and after payment has been received.

Clients receive written confirmation via email, message or other communication channels approved by the Agency.

Bookings that are not paid within the agreed timeframe automatically expire.

Verbal commitments, informal communication or assumptions are not binding.

The Agency reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking if circumstances require it.

All bookings take place within the time slots and locations indicated by the Escort.

The Client must provide accurate personal information during the booking process, including contact information and requests.

 

 

Payment, Rates and Costs

Payment must be made in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods may include:

Cash
Bank transfer
Other methods agreed upon in advance

All additional services such as extended sessions or special requests must be agreed upon and paid in advance.

All rates exclude additional costs such as location fees, travel time or special requests.

Additional time or extensions are only possible with explicit consent from the Escort.

 

 

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the appointment without additional charges.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of illness of the Escort, unsafe circumstances or force majeure.

 

 

Time, Punctuality and Duration

The booked time begins at the agreed starting time regardless of the client’s arrival. Late arrival shortens the available time without compensation.

The Escort is not obligated to wait for the client.

The Escort is never obligated to extend the appointment.

 

 

Behavior, Attitude and Presentation

Clients are expected to behave respectfully, discreetly and appropriately.

The client must appear well-groomed, hygienic and sober both at the start of and during the appointment.

Aggression, manipulation, pressure or boundary-crossing behavior will not be tolerated.

The assessment of inappropriate behavior lies solely with the Escort and/or the Agency.

Violations may result in immediate termination of the appointment, exclusion from future bookings and legal action in serious cases.

Clients may not distribute photos, videos or private information of the Escort or the Agency.

No means no.

 

 

Boundaries and Consent

The Escort determines their personal boundaries at all times.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time without providing a reason.

Negotiating, insisting or discussing boundaries is not allowed.

Sexual acts outside the agreed services are not permitted.

 

 

Termination of Services

The Escort retains the absolute right to terminate the service immediately without stating a reason.

In all cases of termination there is no right to a refund.

The Agency may permanently refuse the Client for future services if there is sufficient reason.

 

 

Liability

Participation in the services is entirely at the client’s own risk.

The Agency is not liable for indirect damages.

The Agency is not responsible for the actions, behavior or decisions of Escorts.

The client acknowledges that participation in the services occurs at their own risk.

The Agency reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

Ignorance of these terms does not release the client from compliance.

The Agency is not liable for damages or losses caused by the client, accidents or medical incidents during the service.

Clients and escorts are responsible for their own behavior and its consequences.

 

 

Privacy and Discretion

All personal data is treated strictly confidentially.

Absolute discretion is expected from all parties involved.

Publishing or sharing information, names, chats, photos, videos, communication or experiences is not allowed.

It is not permitted to take photos or videos without consent.

 

 

Hotels, Locations and Third Parties

The client is responsible for complying with local rules and third-party rules (hotels, partners, staff).

Problems caused by third parties do not entitle the client to refunds or compensation.

The Escort may refuse to enter a location if it is considered unsafe or uncomfortable.

The Agency is not liable for actions or damage caused by third parties such as hotel staff or other guests.

 

 

Disclaimer

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary.

All services are voluntary and based on mutual consent.

The Agency accepts no responsibility for private arrangements made outside the booking.

 

 

International Clients

Clients from other countries are responsible for complying with local legislation.

The Agency is not liable for violations of foreign laws or regulations by the client.

International clients must be aware of their legal obligations when participating in escort services.

 

 

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.

 

 

Complaints and Dispute Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the Agency within five working days after the appointment.

The Agency will respond within seven working days with a proposed solution.

If disagreement persists, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal advice.
